How Does It Work?

Participating in a Surency Flex LSA is easy.

  1. Employers contribute a specified amount to each employee’s account each year.
  2. Employees can file a claim electronically after paying upfront for an eligible expense during the Plan Year from the mobile app or Member Account, employees will be reimbursed with money from their LSA, as long as funds are available.
  3. As the benefits administrator, you determine if funds carryover at the end of the year. If carryover is not available, employees must use the funds in their LSA by the end of the year.
