2023 Medical Mileage Reimbursement Rate

The IRS released the 2023 Medical Mileage reimbursement rate which will remain at $0.22 cents/mile driven for medical purposes.

*In recognition of the rise in gasoline prices, the IRS adjusted this rate for the final months of 2022.
