is a full suite of flexible consumer-directed health (CDH) plans. CDH
plans allow employees to take control of their health care expenses.
Here's how it works: the employee pre-funds an account, similar to a
savings account and then uses the funds in the account to pay for
qualified medical, dependent care or commuter expenses. CDH plans save the
employee money because the funds deposited in the account are tax-free,
so they do not pay income tax on those amounts. Click here to find out why you should choose Surency AdvantagePlus.
The Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA) is
a plan that allows small employers (fewer than 50 employees) to offer
employees a way to fund qualified medical expenses. Employees may use the
funds in this account to pay for medical expenses as well as individual
health insurance premiums.
The Pre-Tax Commuter Benefits plan allows employees to set aside money for their
commute – via public transit, vanpool or bicycle – tax free! With
commuting and gasoline prices continuing to increase, a pre-tax commuter
benefit can reduce the burden of these increased costs.
